Techniques:  Myriad green fabrics, from dusty blue-greens to clear yellow-greens, comprise this quilt. I wanted to make a monochromatic quilt, but for me, numerous fabrics were a must. The simple checkerboard center is surrounded by a flowing appliqué leaf vine, which is buttonhole stitched in a darker green thread.
